March for Shariah – Cancelled

This didnt happen after all. Heard it on the radio, it was supposedly either re-arranged to a “secret” location in a bid to increase safety or it was completely cancelled – which one was it, I have no idea.

  1. however the counter demonstration organised by Muslims for secular democracy went ahead anyway.

There was a time when poeple marched and demonstrated for vital causes and now we have publicity seeking groups march nilly willy.

  2. They also tried to hold it against the group of Muslims who intended to counter the Muhajiroun’s demo, calling them “fake democrats”. Of course, Muslims4UK weren’t there to “march for democracy” but to counter al-Muhajiroun, and when they called it off, Muslims4UK had no need to counter it.
